Since it is homecoming I imagine it is supposed to be a formal masquerade. This means you should be sporting which covers the eyes and maybe part of the forehead and checks. The masques are usually adorned with gems or glitter and/or painted in some fashion. They are also sometimes attached to small wooden rod (like that on a pinwheel) and held up to the face to cover it. So wear one of these. Go to you tube and look up the song ';Masquerade'; from the movie Phantom of the Opera. Go with one of those masks.
you could if you wanted, but I would find out if other friends were wearing masks. Just in case :)
