Where can you buy a masquerade mask on a stick?

I would prefer it to be finished and decorates (i dont want to do to a store and decorate it myself :] )





It has to be on a stick becasue our school won't allow ones that tie or ones that are painted on our faces.

A lot of dollar stores sell nice feathered ones. They are elasticized, but it would be easy to glue gun a stick onto it.
