Can someone help me with making a masquerade mask?

My high school is having a masquerade-themed prom, and I decided to make a mask instead of buying one. I bought a mask at Michael's, painted it, and decorated it with sequins and glitter. I need help attaching the peacock plumes I bought. I have absolutely no idea how to do it. I would like them to look something like this:
