you can get a cheap dress at mandees or you can get a gold or red leotard and a tutu and just look really cool. wear a bunch of mardi gras beads and some cool shoes, youll look fun and its not expensive
It depends maybe a thrift shop may have a cool red dress and then at aa craft store you can get gold Sparkles to throw on the dress or maybe hake gold buttons and sew that on B creative
