Masquerade Mask Art Project?

For my art assignment, I have to create a paper mache mask ( like a masquerade one) which represents an emotion. I can't think of an idea. Please help in coming up with an emotion and some sort of idea to it.

Thank you.Masquerade Mask Art Project?
Hi :-)

maybe you could do the typcial ';drama'; face expression, except mix the two in half (as in, one side of the face is sad, the other half of the face is happy)... and if you're going to paint on top of it, the sad side of the face has several dark colours, and a tear on the eye -- for the happy side, brighter paints and a heart painted near the eye

this emotion would then be: melancholy/fakeMasquerade Mask Art Project?
its easier to use a ready made paper-mache face mask they cost pennies in an art shop - and add to it - staple bits on and put the mache over it - take a look at these - I love the one with the nose.

I thought jealousy might be a great inspiration flashing bejewelled green eyes lined in black and squeezed at the edges haughty feathers. Have fun.
Here's a list of emotions from Wikipedia...

Love would be cool, starry eyes, hearts, etc.

Rage would be awesome...angry face, flames.
